Job Summary
We are now looking for a Local Supply Specialist for Services Supply Network with focus on Integrated Network Services.
Within Tetra Pak, Services Supply Network is responsible for delivering parts, consumables and other materials to our customers to help them sustain and grow their business. The Integrated Network acts within a dynamic environment, being responsible for securing and optimizing the logistics flow and working to deliver the highest on time in full services for our internal and external customers.
The position will be based in Lund and will report to the Integrated Network Manager Europe.
What you will do
In this position you will have the opportunity to be part of our technological transformation, focusing on optimized quality and securing supply, implementing tools and improvements that reflects in improved delivery to our customers. Responsible for the logistics data control, analysis and structure of information. Deep dive into analysis and proactively suggest actions to drive business decisions. Ensures efficient and transparent data control in the operations. Strong skillset in automation and data analysis for standardization of reports/ procedures. Lead actions to improve productivity and quality.
You will focus on
Lead the implementation and adoption of digital tools and automation,
Drive the development of data collection automation, standardized reports, consolidation, and analysis,
Develop KPI's and establish tools to control properly the deliveries and daily routine,
Lead benchmarking, looking for improvements and technology implementation in Integrated Network Services,
Daily interaction with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment, taking initiative and suggesting new ideas to add value to the customer,
Lead data evaluation and establish action plans for KPI 's out of target or operational improvement,
Drive projects focused on cost reduction, simplification, quality optimization and reliable supply chain
We believe you have
We believe you have a Degree in Engineering or Business Administration and a proven track records of at least 3 years of experience in Projects/ Logistics Area.
You have strong IT skills, especially SAP R/3, BO, Power BI and business analytics tools. Experience in developing projects/ improvements with Power Automate and Python. As well as experience leading project and activities. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
In this role it is important to have strong skills in reporting tools, analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
