This position will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg.

About the job:
This role will be supporting local sales teams within Acute Care and Post-Acute Care with the implementation of the local marketing communication plan and product related tender tasks in line with the regional commercial priorities, as well as support in sales, marketing and communication tools and events. Based on the marketing communication plan, you will execute and follow up local marketing activities across the Nordic region.

Key accountabilities:
Be responsible for local execution of BeNeNord Sales & Marketing plan and multichannel communication plans to secure and drive launch excellence, this would include:
Coordinate, implement and drive new product launches in collaboration with Regional Product and Sales Managers
Translation or validation of promotional materials, landing pages and ensuring availability of up-to-date sales support tools

Congress- & event management where you will be responsible for organizing local events according to sales & marketing and MPA plan
Tender management, including
Secure necessary product related documentation included in tender offer
Review tender product specifications in order to identify our product offer
Have good understanding of competitive products and pricing in order to support local pricing in tenders/contracts
Responsible for analysing tender results as part of competitive intelligence

Marketing Intelligence, where you will monitor and provide local market intelligence feedback to the BeNeNord marketing team, including but not limited to reimbursement landscape changes
Manage A&P budget and secure optimal usage and cost-efficiency

What you'll need
Core Marketing Capabilities & marketing operation skills
Market & Product knowledge
Business Acumen with good understanding of market insights
Previous experience in content management and presentation
University Degree or equivalent in Marketing with relevant working experience, minimum 1 year
Proficient English and Swedish skills
If you have experience from tender management and life science industry we see this as beneficial
