As LPG Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility and head up a profitable organization with the aim to create profitable growth. You will build a strong local management team and develop our operations with focus on quality, health and safety, continued growth and profitability, and lead the LPG management team in our quest toward meeting targets and implementing long-term strategies.
An important part of your responsibilities will be to coach and motivate coworkers and coordinate teamwork across the organization. You will also be part of the Hub PGGI Northern Europe management team and have close collaboration with local as well as global colleagues and customers.
Your specific responsibilities include:
• Actively leading, promoting and implementing "best in industry" health, safety, environmental and business integrity culture.
• Leading, owning and securing year on year order intake targets in line with HUB and Global PG strategy.
• Delivering LPG Financial targets (P&L) set by Hub, Global Product Group and BU.
• Ensuring that the LPG has the capacity and competencies to safely deliver the P&L and business targets set by the Northern Europe Hub.
• Implementing an organizational structure that drives synergies and efficiency, yet maintains flexibility to adapt to the changing market conditions when required.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; serving as an escalation point for individual and systemic business or project management issues within the LPG.
• Owning project execution and performance management of the LPG through project reviews with project managers to ensure contract fulfillment, and giving approval of project deviations or critical changes, when appropriate.
• Leading, developing and motivating direct and indirect reports within the LPG.

You have an Engineering or Project Management Master Degree (preferable but not essential), combined with a proven track record of high performance in a leading role and relevant business area. You should have 10-15 years of experience in the project business, managing complex projects or large project business units. Preferably, you have experience in dealing with tender pursuits, project delivery and supplier management on contracts with values ranging from $1MUSD to $50MUSD. Experience from the power market is beneficial, as is knowledge of substations and power systems. You should have commercial acumen with a broad understanding of theories, tools and practices in business improvement, project & change management, and you take a proactive approach to problem solving.
To successfully take on this role, you need a strong focus on customer needs, results and quality, along with excellent leadership skills. You have the ability to motivate others and get all parties committed toward common goals. This is a networking role where your ability to successfully persuade and influence senior management teams to secure investments and business growth support will be necessary, as well as a strong ability to communicate and implement change through others.
As you will operate in an international work environment, you need to have excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
