hela Sverige Take the lead and bring our business to the next level. As LPG Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility and head up a profitable organization with the aim to grow further. You will develop our operations with focus on quality, continued growth and profitability, and lead the LPG management team in our quest toward meeting targets and implementing long-term strategies. An important part of your responsibilities will be to coach and motivate coworkers and coordinate teamwork across the organization. You will also be part of the global product group's management team and have close collaboration with local as well as global colleagues and customers. This role offers not only an international atmosphere and a large network, but also the chance to sharpen your management skills in complex settings as you shape our business for the future.
You have a Master's degree or similar, combined with a proven track record of high performance in a leading role and relevant business area, such as product operations or sales. Experience from the power market is beneficial, as is knowledge of protection and control products. As you will operate in an international work environment, fluency in English is required.
To successfully take on this role, you need a strong focus on customer needs, results and quality, along with excellent leadership skills. You have the ability to motivate others and get all parties committed toward common goals. This is a networking role where your ability to communicate and implement change through others is key.
