In order to make sure we continue to deliver top quality service to our customers we need to make sure we manage our Logistics partners and look for new ways to improve our supply chain. To do so we need to strengthen our team with a new Local Logistics Expert with focus on Transport and Materials Management for the Swedish Market. You will be the link between our Sales Force and Logistics to provide the best possible service to all of our customers. This position is based at our Swedish HQ in Arlöv, close to Malmö and Lund, but you will also get to spend some time on the field together with our customers.

What does the role involve?
As Local Logistics Expert you will follow up and manage transport performance and KPI for all partners in Sweden. You will be tracking and controlling the processes to drive progress with our logistics partners, as well as developing and managing implementation of innovative solutions for specific customer needs (job-site delivery, same-day delivery, etc.). It's your job to identify, launch and manage projects to drive customer satisfaction and sales through innovative service solutions. In addition to this you will also play an important role in making sure that we have the right material on stock to serve our customers whenever they need our products.
The role involves control of delivery performance, ensuring transport quality, proactive complaint management and root cause analysis implementation. You support and drive cross departmental collaboration and projects requested by local marketing and sales team and work in close collaboration with our Materials Management team in Manchester.

What you need is:
• Experience of working in Logistics and/or Supply Chain or relevant educational background at a bachelor level at minimum.
• Willingness to build a better transport service and stronger network for the Hilti customers in Sweden.
• Ability to work well under pressure and cope with a number of ongoing topics.
• Strong ability to work at high pace with a deep commitment to satisfy our every customer need.
• Effective team player - you like to and work well with others in the organization.
