We're now looking for a Local IT Operations Lead to join us on an exciting journey where you get to collaborate with different people across our business! We're looking for a real doer, someone who gets the grip of a strategic vision and has the ability to work dedicated from start to finish. Is that you?
Your mission
In this role, you work closely with the Country Manager and Local IT where you ensure the fulfillment of goals and objectives to the overall strategy. You're responsible for activities related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunications, basic software, hardware, servers). You also oversee the study and implementation of new processes and projects. And you're also accountable for IT demands, authorized IT projects and enhancements of specific applications/infrastructure.
This position is based in either Stockholm or Sandviken.
Your profile
Like we as a team support our business in all things IT, you support our function in different ways. You're a motivated doer, with a structured way of working, and you work things through - from start to finish. With an analytical and collaborative mindset, you're able to look at both the details and the bigger picture.
We're looking for someone senior, with broad, hands-on experience within the field of IT Infrastructure, network and stakeholder management. As we navigate in an international environment, with different levels within the company, it's important to be able to build relationships and communicate efficiently. You're confident in using the English language, both in verbal and written form.
