We are looking for a business and customer focused IT Manager to our headquarters supporting approximately 500 people. You will be responsible for the local IT department in Gothenburg, managing 4-6 people. Building the IT Service desk for all types of systems as well as managing all local systems.

• Proper management and clear leadership of the local IT department.
• Establishing solid and formalised IT processes, fully aligned with the group IT operating model.
• Deliver first level support for all end users in Sweden with high customer focus.
• Implementation of local and global systems and services for the Swedish users
• Maintenance and development of all local IT system.
• Adherence to global software validation framework.
• Ensure that IT services make a strong contribution to business objectives.
• Responsible for the departments IT budget.
• Well operated local server room.
The position is permanent, reports to the IT Key Account Manager EMEA and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have at least 5 years of leadership experience. As a person you are a team player and have a strong drive, process thinking ,high customer focus and integrity. You have basic knowledge of applicable software, hardware, ITIL processes and information security. You are passionate about your work and strive for continous learning.
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, business, operations or related field. You should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
