hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mediplast AB i Malmö As our Local IT, you will play a key role in ensuring that our digital products and platforms are always available and operating efficiently. With your technical expertise, you will ensure effective first- and second-line support for users at our sites. This includes actively managing and preventing downtime, as well as quickly identifying and resolving issues to minimize operations disruptions.
Your work also involves conducting necessary updates and maintenance of our systems and software to keep them secure and effective. In addition to these technical aspects, your role also involves managing IT assets and procurement, and a proactive approach to continuously improve our systems and processes. You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Senior IT Coordinator.
Main tasks & Responsibility
Provide support for Office 365, other common software, and hardware systems, both onsite and remotely.
Manage accounts in AD / Azure AD and maintain the organization's infrastructure.
Monitor access control to IT systems by the company's security and privacy policies.
Work in a team, share knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment.
Provide technical support for projects, participating in local and global implementation efforts.
Monitor and maintain the IT environment, including servers, firewalls, printers, and other equipment.
Manage the procurement of various hardware and installation of presentation equipment.
Ensure that IT systems comply with the privacy policy.
Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within the region.
Provide first and second-line hardware and software support, including user administration and CRM maintenance at multiple locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring.

Other requirements:
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
