In this role you will be responsible for ensuring stable and secure IS/IT operations of distinct infrastructure for Robotics division in Sweden. You will work to improve and harmonize business operations through effective management of local Robotics IS/IT infrastructure and applications in close collaboration with internal customers, team members, global and local IS teams and external partners. In the role you will support 1,000 internal customers (employees). The team consists of 6 colleagues.

Your responsibilities
Act as infrastructure support specialist for ABB employees (mainly Robotics Research and Development team).
Support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for the area of responsibility and cross- functional processes related to IS Services. Govern the infrastructure and applications in scope to provide transparency, facilitate prioritization and drive decisions with stakeholders.
Ensure that the application and infrastructure services being provided to customers are aligned to the customers' needs and are conducted in line with corporate policies and applicable standards (including cybersecurity).
Support business during IS Incidents, escalate, provide updates, consult, help in implementing local backup solution, document them.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome including business case.
Consult and provides input for any change or project related to infrastructure setup which has, or might have, a major impact on area of responsibility.
Prepares and maintains operational documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services. Act as a Server Manager for distinct servers, ensure they are available, patched, backups are done correctly.
Strengthen cyber-security in IT and OT and proactively look for any IS/IT improvements. Share IS knowledge, best practices, policies and standards with local business and other IS teams.

Your background
Master's degree with 10+ years IT experience with designing, deploying and managing IS infrastructure and application services.
Experience with manufacturing, engineering related infrastructure/applications, is a plus.
Business focus, strong analytical, problem definition and resolution skills. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Comfortable operating in a complex and changing environment where all processes and tools are not yet fully operational.
Experience from working with multiple teams: global, local and outsourced vendors.
Ability to implement new or not standard solutions/ technologies. Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks.
Commitment to excellence. Good spoken and written English.
