We are now looking for a Local authorization expert to our customer's headquarters in Solna.
You will be part of the unit "Finance Business Support - Accounting & Controlling Systems".
The Local authorization expert will manage system authorization requests (SAP) on behalf of business and secure user life cycle. This includes:
• communicate how the user role allocation process works
• place orders for role allocations to users
• secure approval for all user request that need an approval and by the right approver/approvers
• secure Information Security controls => identifying potential Segregation of Duties risks
• make sure that users who have ended their employment have an end date in all SAP systems
• work proactive with checking users
• prepare annual user review
• support the organization with authorization competence.

The employment is full-time, Monday-Friday.

End: 2019.10.31
You will be employed by Maxkompetens, but work at our customers headquarters.
Din profil
Education:
At least University Education (preferably within Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
Required experience:
• Experience in Accounting and Controlling processes
• Experience in SAP authorizations
• Good in business English
Personal characteristics:
• Team player
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to deliver high quality under high time pressure
