We are looking for people and characters who see our guests
To enter our world you need to be a person who always strive to exceed our guests' expectations. You also have humor and like to have fun (not absolutely necessary but it makes things easier; we often have a lot of fun at work)
Work responsibilities
You will be the first and last employee our guests see upon visiting At Six and therefore your position is key to the hotel and team. Lobby ambassadors work very closely with the front of house team to provide exceptional and pro-active service.
Working hours and days of the week may vary. We are looking for full-time/part-time and extras
Background and personal characteristics
Excellent, above and beyond style of service is the foundation of everything you do. You have exceptional people skills, able to communicate and build working relationships with our guests and co-workers. You are great at multi-tasking and thinking outside the box. You are comfortable dealing with high profile guests from diverse backgrounds and you thrive in working under pressure. In addition you are;

pro-active and reliable

comfortable and able to carry luggage and guest items

•
passionate about helping people

•
able to communicate well in Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus

Driving License is a requirement as you will need to park guest cars.
