We are now looking for a new Lobby Ambassador to our team in Volvo Cars Torslanda
If you are an experienced Lobby Ambassador who wants to be part of Volvo Cars mission to change the automotive experience and make people's lives less complicated, we have the perfect job for you in Workplace Experience.
What you'll do
We are looking for a passionate person who is going to be the public face of Volvo Cars with tasks that are important both for the people and for us as an organization.
A Lobby Ambassador for us is the person who sees everyone, enthusiastically welcoming all guests, answering all questions, and managing the expectations in the most positive way through knowledge of our product and services.
The Lobby Ambassador assist employees and visitors with handling of packages, access cards, photo shoots, bookings of conference rooms etc.
You will handle individual information thru the Volvo Cars access systems, apply for access and support our consultants.
As part of the workplace experience team, you are also expected to create an environment with a positive vibe thru various hospitality activations. The lobby ambassador creates and bring joy, smiles and making sure the lobby area always has a vivid and human centric atmosphere.
And this is your profile
We are looking for a person with strong sense for customer service and hospitality.
You have education in service & hospitality and/or some years of experience within Hotel, Customer Care or similar service and hospitality related work.
The ultimate candidate would have a passion for electric vehicles and have the ability to understand and easily convey technical details in a simple way.
Experience from service product sales in meritorious.
You are fluent in English (verbal and spoken) and preferably in one of the Scandinavian languages.
Furthermore, you can demonstrate strong communication skills both in writing and verbally.
Driver license is required.
