Multimind is currently looking for a Acceounts Receivable Loan Administrator to a large international FMCG company located in Stockholm. This is a temporary assignment from June 2015 to February 2016.
The role:
As the Nordic Accounts Receivable Loan Administrator you will be the single point accountable for the whole loan process, owning the loan creation and pay out, all tracking and finally making sure that the customers amortize as per plan.
In order to be successful in the role you need to work closely with the customers but also collaborate internally with the Finance and Sales departments.
Key strengths to be successful in the job are:
• High discipline - In order to be successful in the job it's crucial to be very detail oriented, driven and to be able to follow strict deadlines.
• Customer service - This role involves customer service in 3 countries (SE, DK and NO), therefore the suitable candidate should be very comfortable reaching out to customers despite language barriers. As the main business is within Sweden,fluent Swedish is prerequisite for the role.As the company is a large international company, a fluency in English is also a prerequisite.
• SAP and Excel skills - The main tools for a Loan Administrator are SAP and Excel so experience with these softwares are a essential.
Educational background and experience:
• The suitable candate has either studied economics at a gymnasium or university and has some working experience as a Financial Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Accounting Assistant or similar.
