LeanNova Engineering is a newly established engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden,created by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 employed more than 80 former Saab engineers with an average working experience of 15 years and we will continue to grow rapidly.

Position description

LeanNova is now on the search for more engineers in power systems for hybrid and electric vehicles. We are looking for self-propelled senior engineers with several years of experience, high motivation and with a clear profile and experience as mentioned below. You shall have great commitment and a willingness to participate in the development of electric drive systems for tomorrow's vehicles. Automotive experience is a plus, as well as study or work abroad.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced electrical HV engineer, working with electrical machines and drivelines. You shall have experience of requirement setting, design, integration and control of electrical machines, such as electrical motors, generators, inverters, DC/DC, chargers etc.
Skills & Requirements

• You should have at least 5 years' experience in working with electrical drivelines
• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering
• Driving license
