Our Product
Toca Life World is the first live product within the popular Toca Life franchise. We invite kids to tell their own stories in an ever expanding and open ended universe. Our vision is to offer kids a dynamic world where they find all the building blocks they need for their creative ambition, and to become a safe space for them to share play with others.
Role description
We're looking for a Live Producer to join our team in Stockholm. Working alongside our teams in Stockholm and San Francisco you will help us realise our vision for a live service that allows kids to feel excited, surprised and happy to engage with our world. You will be a critical part in establishing and improving the systems that will enable us to deliver live operations in a successful manner. We also want to help our users discover content that supports their needs, constantly optimising and improving the offerings in our in-app shop and other online storefronts. You will work in close collaboration with our team of producers, marketing designers as well as freelance resources to make sure that all our live offerings reach our audience in the best possible way.
What you will be doing:
Drive the exploration, delivery and maintenance of solutions that help us realise our vision for a dynamic, exciting and surprising live service. This will require setting up new teams and/or collaborating with existing groups, and partnering with supporting functions such as DevOps and Analytics.
Work to ensure a cadence of product updates, collaborating with our team of producers and data analysts to optimise our live offering and make sure it has the best chance of achieving the impact we want for both our audience and business
Coordinate and manage all the functions needed to deliver the assets required to support live operations
Manage our online storefronts, including App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore, as well as the Toca Life in-app shop
Continuously drive optimization of our offerings to impact the monetization metrics we choose to improve.
We believe that you are:
Passionate about growing products in an outcome-driven manner
Experienced in digital, creative entertainment environments that have a live operations component and engage with their audiences in a continuous manner
Experienced with hypothesis-driven development, setting up rapid experiments and sharing the learnings with the wider organization.
Excited about the challenge of optimising a product in the kids tech segment
Invested in driving continuous improvement and automation

You'll work with a team of creatives that come to the office excited to learn new things every day
We work in small teams, which means everyone is an important contributor in the project and has a shared responsibility for the end result
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.
