Since Cendio was founded in 1992, have we been passionate about Linux. The mission today is the same as in the beginning, make Linux accessible to people and organizations. Every day, everywhere in the world, at every kind of device our customers may access their virtualized Linux Desktop through ThinLinc. ThinLinc provides them with the correct tools to manage their daily mission regardless of which client they use.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
As our new colleague at Cendio you will join our organizational journey. Therefore, you will be part of developing our support function to become more effective and flexible. With time and support from our team, you will become one of our experts on our product ThinLinc. With your expertise you will support and contribute with advice and solutions that makes the user experience better for our customers.
The role includes both supporting our new customers and existing customers worldwide. A selection of our customers today is NASA, Disney World and universities in the US and Germany. Supporting includes throughout email and sometimes phone helping with the setup of ThinLinc, configurations, troubleshooting and integrations. You will also be the bridge between our customers and our team of developers.
In addition to the work assignments mention above, you will also be partly responsible of the operation and maintenance of our internal IT. At Cendio you will have great opportunities to take an active role in the company's development, grow with us and shape the role more towards your personal preference.
Din profil
To be able to meet the requirements of this position, we believe that you are person that is passionate about helping others. You are service minded and take responsibility for completing your own assignments. We also believe that your structured and strives to always find the best solutions.
To be successful in this position we also believe that you have a solid experience of Linux systems/servers and knowledge of the everyday challenges associated with Linux System Administration. You also have a relevant educational background.
