Food Category Dairy within Business Unit Dairy, Beverage & Prepared Food is looking for a Line Solution Manager - Dairy Chilled & Fermented. Our role within Processing Systems is to bring optimal solutions to the contineously growing global Dairy market.
As Line Solution Manager - Dairy Chilled & Fermented you are responsible for marketing, development, maintenance and improvement of our process line solutions for Dairy Chilled & Fermented covering the entire product life cycle. This is a new position where you will have the opportunity to influence your work and the solutions we offer the dairy industry to meet current and future needs. We offer you a challenging position in a highly qualified team in an international environment with close contacts to sales and market companies. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Take ownership and drive the development of production solutions for the Dairy Chilled & Fermented category with focus on the customer food application and production
• Provide best practise production solutions and performance guarantees based on our technologies, lines, units, key components and re-usable elements
• Perform roadshows and marketing activities to market companies and end customers
• Collaborate internally and with our end customers to find optimal line solutions
• Ensure a deep understanding of the dairy market needs concerning line solutions, including competitor intelligence to make the proper functionality and price adjustments to our products
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-08KvalifikationerYou have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and an extensive experience of production and process lines in the food industry. If you have experience from the dairy industry, especially the design of production lines it is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
To be successful in this position you are a self-motivated person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspire people. You possess a good market understanding and an ability to absorb and understand customer needs, in order to find the best solutions for our customers. Your communication skills are excellent and you have the ability to build trust and good relations with global colleagues, in both market and technically oriented positions.
