We are looking for a Line Manager to Customer Delivery

We are looking for a Line Manager to Scrum Masters and Business Analysts. You will work in close collaboration with two other Line Managers and be part of Customer Delivery Management Team.
Customer Delivery is the line organisation taking ownership of the deliveries to WirelessCar customers through the full lifecycle. This department has both functional and line responsibilities and includes the roles of Program Managers, Delivery/Quality Leads, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
Key responsibility
• Coach, mentor and develop employees and provide career development planning and opportunities
• Salary setting, salary revision, and recognition of employees according to company policies
• Responsible for work environment and adherence to local labor agreements
• Recruitment and hiring talent to fill team positions
• Communicate, ensure understanding of and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar's short and long term goals and objectives
• Ensuring that the right competence and resource availability exists for part of customer delivery organization
• Drive understanding of vision, mission, strategy, and spirit connecting departmental objectives in the line organizatio

We believe that you bring
We believe you are genuinely interested in people and have experience in line management within IT and agile environment. You maybe have a technical education and experience from software solutions, but regardless you show great interest in technology.
To succeed in this role you need several years of solid experience in with leading other leaders. You also have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions which is needed to lead WirelessCar into the future.
You also have
• Great communication, collaboration and coaching skills
• Experience of DevOps, Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Ability to lead yourself and to adapt your approach to different people team constellations and maturity stages
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing

Way of Working
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location for this position is Gothenburg.
