hela Sverige We are looking for a supportive and driven Line Manager to our department Programs at Saab Training & Simulation! Programs are responsible for managing projects, to ensure that goals are met and requirements fulfilled in accordance with Saab's Execute Business (EB) process. The number of projects is increasing and we are now looking for someone who wants to share our mission - to create conditions for a safe society.
Your role
As a line manager Programs, you ensure that your employees have the best conditions to do their job. You are supportive, present and passionate about developing both individuals and working methods. Currently, your department consists of approximately 15 project managers and you will report to the head of Programs.
You have responsibility for your employees, whom you also coach, guide and motivate in order to achieve both individual and joint goals. There is a great focus on business execution, recruitment and ways of working. You will also have the chance to drive the improvement work within process area Execute Business together with the PMO and head of Programs.
Your Profile
Your most important qualities are that you are confident in your role as a leader and have the desire, interest and commitment to learn and develop. You are interested in working with and developing the group and its individuals in line with the company's goals. You also have the ability to identify, anchor and drive new ways of working. To succeed in the role, you need to be coaching, proactive, able to prioritize and have good communication skills.
* Strong leadership qualities and experience of leading people with particular focus on HOW.
* Highly developed financial knowledge and experience from leading complex global business.
* Successful track-record, demonstrating a high level of business acumen.
* Appropriate professional or post graduate qualification in business management or equal.
* Skills in communicating effectively across different teams, countries and cultures.
* Willingness and proven ability to manage complexity and to drive change.
* Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
