Main responsibilities
Responsible for all HR activities and all deliveries from the group

Consulting Services First Line Manager general profile
Managers within Application Delivery need to have the ability to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day cooperation. Since Application Delivery is a matrix between global functional responsibilities and Application Delivery site responsibilities it is a requirement on every manager in the organization to actively cooperate in a way that bridges the potential gaps that are inevitable in every matrix organization. It is also essential that all applicants have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to satisfy customer requests.
Most of the deliveries from the group are made in the Order to Delivery (OtD) area;
The OtD area is one strong profiling contribution and a pointed out responsibility in deliveries from AD Site Sweden to Volvo IT Globally.
Ability for a close cooperation with Volvo IT's Global Functional Mgrs & Solution Unit in the OtD area is another expectation on a candidate.
Experience and drive in the GS area is seen as an advantage in this First Line Manager role.
