We are a dedicated team of over 180 employees, on an adventure to scale our unique impact in the world with several new games and product lines in development across desktop/mobile.
We have recently started the transition from mass marketing to behaviour based marketing and now we're looking for a Lifecycle Manager to join our Commerce and Lifecycle Team who can set us and our players up for success. Sounds like a journey for you?
What you will be doing
• You have full ownership of setting up/building/optimising the foundation of our Lifecycle management, including planning, execution, coordinating and reporting on all players' lifecycle, triggers, channels and new opportunities throughout the entire player journey.
• You will be responsible for both short-term and long-term lifecycle management strategy, planning and execution.
• Support and amplify integrated Campaigns and Commerce initiatives through the entire player journey with lifecycle channels (Push, Email, Web, Launcher etc.).
• Help us make sure we build what we need, partnering with web and game teams on best practices, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with the development/game teams on requirements of MarTech, Tools and Capabilities.
• You will play a key role in the transition from mass marketing to behavioural based marketing and supporting the entire portfolio strategy and ecosystem.
• Use internal tools to build, optimise and, activate our campaigns and lifecycle events.
• Define and coordinate monthly plans.
What we believe that you
• Need to be passionate about building out the foundation, best practises, rhythms and constantly looking for business opportunities and optimizations (e.g., how can we optimise the conversion rates, how do we improve the localization process, and triggered email events.)
• Hands-on experience creating/setting up campaigns.Have experience in marketing automation- in app messaging/Email marketing/Push marketing.
• Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Are able to work cross functionally and be a great communicator to easily convert statistics to business language among all stakeholders.
• Are experienced working with customer engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Symplify, etc.)
• Are a phenomenal project manager with a clear Why that inspires the rest of the teams in the organisation.
• Preferably working experience in the gaming industry.Experience working with mobile games would be a plus.
• Have an understanding of what's appealing and attractive to our players.
• Have a result driven and proactive mindset.
