We are searching for a Account Manager covering Europe to join our sales team!

At Vironova, we would be nothing without a successful sales and marketing team. We are now expanding and scaling up our reach to the increased market demand. We're are searching for a value driven, will-do attitude, solution-oriented person with strong networking skills to join us as our next Account Manager. You will be working from our Stockholm HQ in an international B2B customer environment, closely aligned to a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of colleagues.

As a Account Manager you will work with sales of Vironova 's products and services to acquire new customers. You will work to activate leads and prospects to create new sales opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong B2B complex sales skill set working with direct sales of Vironova 's products and services. You will be working acquisition sales, close to internal units and scientific teams focused on matching our solutions towards solving our customer application challenges.

Travel will be required extensively during periods. The position will be based in Stockholm at Vironova 's HQ. Experience from the Life Science industry is meriting.

You will

Actively be driving acquisition sales of Vironova 's products and services portfolio, covering Europe, thus be responsible for developing new business opportunities in a region; Cross/Up-sell to existing customers and develop own new prospecting accounts - where you will identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities. Work for quarterly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of in- and outbound sales and marketing tactics. Generate outbound leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Develop and implement territory action plans, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in your territory. You will also from time to time participate in marketing activities in your territory. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What you need to succeed

In your role you need and will be expected to collaborate with other Vironova team units, i.e. before and during prospect and customer demonstrations and trials of our MiniTEM.

The person we are looking should:

• Have the attitude and drive for continuous learning in an agile B2B business environment, with an agile will-do mind set at a scale up company.
• Comfortable and excell with lead and opportunity development to drive acquisition sales in a targeted region.
• Be solution driven with a natural ease to work with multidiciplinary teams.
• Work for operational excellence through continuous improvement and learnings.
• Have experience from direct international complex B2B sales environment with an appetite to continue with digital and field sales.
• Show ability to endure and drive long sales cycles with a complex B2B skill set to identify, serve, and mitigate risks with multiple stakeholders and to meet customer criteria's
• Have strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet tight internal and customer deadlines.
• Have excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills in English (knowledge of other language - French or/and German is a plus)
• Proven proficiency with digital marketing and sales management software/tools is a merit.
• Have the ability to travel at 20 to 50% of the time within Europe.
• Commercial experience in the field of Life Science, Biotech or Medtech.
• An established contact network within instruments and/or capital equipment is meriting.
