The employment is a temporary position starting as soon as possible for a period of six months. The office is located in Kista.
Publiceringsdatum2009-07-01Dina arbetsuppgifterYour general function will be to provide overall contracts drafting services typically related to complex and high value transactions. Ensure compliance with company standards is of utmost importance while maximising the company’s revenue opportunities through creation of high quality contracts.
Among other responsibilities:
• draft non-standard contracts based on requests from Sales
• ensure compliance with business practice and internal department guidelines
• advice sales on issues affection Revenue Recognition.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a legally trained person, ideally within the contract field. It is required to have a Bachelor or Master degree. Excellent written and spoken English is of high importance as the work on day-to-day basis is in English.
We want you to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, to be well organised, detail oriented and accurate. You must have an ability to handle high stress situations, have an analytic aptitude ad multi-tasking capability as well as good judgement and ability to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
