Job Description
We are looking for a motivated colleague to take the leading role within quality assurance and software testing. You will work together with a team of developers, testers and product owners in a new initiative to form and develop the business related to cloud solutions and data driven services. You will also be responsible for conducting tests of software components by coordinating with product engineers and build test and automation strategies.
You will be part of our R&D organization at our office located in nice, newly renovated premises in Stockholm/Marievik. As we are a global company you will also have various interaction with our colleagues from Switzerland, Australia and Denmark (among others). The role may require travel a few trips a year, mainly in Europe.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Experience of leading agile development teams in their work to build and release high quality software
• Comprehensive knowledge of agile software development cycle, white box testing, and web based application testing
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, functional, and regression testing
• Excellent knowledge of Agile & Scrum development environment, multiple web browsers, and automated testing suites
• Sound knowledge of change management tools, User Acceptance Testing phases, programming technologies and automated testing fundamental concepts
• Advocate for agile development practices as TDD, BDD and helping the team to learn and evolve in how to produce excellent software
• Fluent in English in both spoken and written language
