Job description

We're looking for a talented and ambitious lawyer to join our Legal Team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an in-house legal counsel at TrustWeaver you will work with various legal matters and report to the General Counsel. Work will include the following:

• Performing legal research and monitoring in various jurisdiction, with focus on Asia and in particular China.
• Supporting business in relation to client/partner contract negotiations
• Supporting product management by providing legal analysis and legal advice
• Liaising with internal departments in the preparation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to TrustWeaver's services

Your Profile:

• Law degree (ideally from China, but also other Asian countries may be acceptable)
• 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house legal counsel, ideally within an international environment
• Fluency in Chinese (native speaker or proficiency level) and English (native speaker or proficiency level); fluency in an additional language is considered an asset
• High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target-oriented and able to work under pressure with a 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization
