hela Sverige INDITEX Nordics (ZARA, Massimo Dutti, ZARA Home and Pull&Bear) is seeking for a Legal Counsel to our Nordics team based in Stockholm. The office serves stores across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

About the role
We are now looking for a legal counsel to join the Nordic Legal Department that manages the legal business in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
You will work with corporate law, real estate law, consumer law and third party contracts that could range from different types of suppliers covering both stores and office. . An integral part of the role is to ensure that the department is always prepared for legal developments and therefore the work involves researching and applying the law.
Being part of an international organization you will work closely with Headquarters in Spain. You will be responsible for ensuring that the legal affairs of Inditex Nordics are in compliance with the local legislation in the four Nordic countries.
The role is located in our Stockholm office.
Qualifications
Apart from a Swedish Jur.kand, the ideal candidate will have about three - five years similar experience from a law firm or as an in-house lawyer and will show excellent communication in English.
Experience from an international company and experience in the other Nordic countries is advantageous.

This position involves maintaining contact with various internal and external contacts and it is therefore important that you are humble in your approach and comfortable with working with various stakeholders You should have a curious mindset to be prepared to participate in a wide range of legal questions and do legal research in new areas as required from time to time.
