We are now looking for a Legal Counsel for Dometic Group!
Purpose and Main Responsibilities
This is an international role, with the main focus on matters related to our EMEA organization, but interactions with other segments and functions will be frequent. In the role as the Legal Counsel, you will work with a broad variety of tasks in the area of business and commercial law in a complex, high-paced international environment. Your focus will be on drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements, such as purchase, sales, distribution and confidentiality agreements. As Dometic is a stock listed company, you will also work with various governance and compliance related matters, including MAR or GDPR. As you will be working in a broad international context, travel can be expected. The owner of this role will cultivate close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
This role reports to the Group General Counsel. The role will be located in an international environment in our Head Office in Solna.
Who are we looking for
Qualifications and Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
• 3-5 years of previous experience from law firm or company
• Law degree from Sweden or other European country
• Experience from handling commercial agreements and general corporate and governance matters
• Proven negotiation skills and a sound business judgment
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, written and verbal
