We are currently looking for a Legal counsel to join the legal affairs team in central Stockholm consisting of two Legal counsels? and an assistant. As part of our globally acting legal team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and live betting and be involved in one of the most important divisions within the company. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who will be working in liaison with the management to provide full range of legal services with emphasis on B2B contracts.
Your place at the table
• Assume main responsibility for one or more group companies as corporate legal counsel,
• Assist in providing legal counseling to the sales department and service operations,
• Advise on legal issues related to commercial contracts with customers, distributors and suppliers,
• Advise on legal issues relating to all other aspects of the operations, such as software licensing, data protection, trademark and employment,
• Assist in all other matters handled by the Legal department as such need arises.
Player profile
In addition to your university degree in law, we believe that you have 3-4 years of experience of commercial law gained in a law firm and/or the legal department of an international company. You are familiar with contract negotiations and have achieved successful results in a multicultural environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills, effective within an autonomous and result oriented environment and a strong sense of business and teamwork are all important qualifications for this role. You should also have a service provider mentality. You have international experience, a commercial drive and a genuine interest and experience in IT or IP sector, and preferably with experience from gaming- and/or entertainment industry. You must be fluent in English, both in the spoken and the written language. You must also be able to work independently as well as in a team, and it is important to be capable of establishing the respect and confidence of colleagues and customers at all levels within the organization.
