We are now looking for a legal counsel with focus on drafting of corporate, fund and other investment structure documents, and who could also occasionally perform corporate secretary functions. The position is a temporary position for one year, but could open up for other positions within the East Capital group.
Requirements
You have an academic background in Law, with a Swedish Jur Kand degree. You have worked at least two years at a law firm, with experience from company law research and drafting of various corporate-, financing- and corporate governance related documents. Experience from dealing with such matters and documents for listed companies would be helpful in this position.
You have excellent command of both spoken and written English. Eastern European language skills are looked upon favorably.
Interest in financial markets or the Eastern European economies will be helpful, but not required.
To be successful in this role we believe you have good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you are also thorough and a business minded team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
