hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Looklet AB i Stockholm This is a part time position (50-60%) where you will work in a close collaboration with our CEO along with all the other managers at Looklet. Other than this, you will get full exposure, 360°, to all legal issues of the company (incl. Vendors, suppliers, HR, company law, financing).
One of your biggest responsibilities will be handling commercial contracts, from term sheets and iterate during negotiations. Maintaining adequate templates for recurring agreements, mostly contracts with clients, as well as supporting with any financing activities (company and shareholder law) will also be in your area of responsibility. You will also own and administer the different relevant legal documents, keep them on track and up to date. Besides from this, you will be a trusted advisor to the Looklet management, providing judgement on various legal issues.
Main Responsibilities:
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
• Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
We are looking for a commercial doer with your mind on the business side of things, balancing this with solid legal knowledge. You must be comfortable in taking ownership of your function, driving sometimes tough questions independently. Communication is something you value, both internal and external stakeholders, translating commercial terms into legal language and Explaining legal terms to others.
• A Swedish law degree is required for this role
• 4 years of working experience within company law (commercial contracts)
• Experience in giving fast and efficient legal support, as well as drafting agreement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good contract writing skills
• A good eye for detail
• Flexible mind-set to changes. Curious agile, dealing with uncertainties.
• Full professional proficiency in English language, international work experience a plus
