INDITEX Nordics (ZARA, Massimo Dutti, ZARA Home and Pull&Bear) is seeking a Legal Counsel to our Nordics team based in Stockholm. The office serves stores across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

About the role
We are now looking for a legal counsel to join the Nordic Legal Department that manages the legal business in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
As part of the Legal department, you will spend a great portion of your time with labor law and take ownership of the labor law practices in the four Nordic countries. Since the role is related to both stores and office management, you will work closely with HR and payroll team on the internal documents and routines and drive continuous updates and improvements. You will also train and support the team in the stores in all the Trade union queries and relations.
You will also work with consumer law as well as corporate law, real estate law and contracts with suppliers. An integral part of the role is to ensure that the department is always prepared for legal developments and therefore the work involves researching and applying the law.
The role is located in our Stockholm office.
Qualifications
Apart from a Swedish Jur.kand, the ideal candidate will have about three - five years similar experience from a law firm or as an in-house lawyer and will show excellent communication in English.
Practical experience in the application of labor law and leading negotiations with trade unions is an advantage as well as experience from an international company.
We attach great importance to personal qualities such as integrity, communication skills and cooperation. This position involves maintaining contact with various internal and external contacts. You should have a curious mindset to be prepared to participate in a wide range of legal questions and do legal research in new areas as required from time to time.
