SCA Consumer Goods is looking for a motivated lawyer that will manage legal issues and provide legal support in our business unit.
You will provide legal support in Sweden as well as in some foreign jurisdictions for the purpose of securing SCA’s interest and ensuring the observance of all applicable laws and regulations.

The position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Vice President Legal.
Main Tasks
You will provide overall relevant and business focused legal support locally as well as some foreign jurisdictions. Your main tasks will include:
Legal review of claims, advertising and marketing materials
Draft, review and negotiate contracts with customers and business partners
Pro-actively follow-up and inform and educate internal stakeholders on new and upcoming local legislation and legal business practices
Handle local litigation in coordination with and under supervision of the Vice President Legal
Key Competencies
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in contractual work and reviewing claims preferably in an international setting
LLM or equivalent law degree
Fluent in English and in Swedish
