We are looking for a Legal Counsel for WirelessCar
Do you like to provide legal support on a broad range of matters in an international context, and specifically enjoy working with different types of agreements and stakeholders?
This is for you who like to work independently in a fast-changing environment and to create a structured workflow of our processes.
You also have the opportunity as a Legal Counsel to work cross-functionally and globally with all our entities, currently in Sweden, USA, China and Germany, to help streamline our way of working on legal matters.
Your role will include
• Assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements, e.g. NDA's, supplier agreements (including DPA's) and partnership agreements
• Perform legal investigations
• Assist with and provide legal advice on a broad range of legal matters, including related to corporate, intellectual property rights and privacy
• Assist with setting up legal processes and structures
• Contacts with external law firms

You like to create structure and efficient processes and enjoy working on a variety of cases with varying levels of complexity. You are cooperative and pragmatic and interested in understanding the technology industry.
We also see that you have
• Swedish law degree
• A few years of experience, preferably from a law firm and/or from work as an in-house legal counsel
• Experience of working with and negotiating various types of commercial agreements
• Knowledge and experience of working with data privacy related matters
• Experience of providing legal advice on a broad range of other legal topics
Team description
As Legal Counsel, you will work closely together with our senior Legal Counsel, but also several other internal stakeholders, including Purchasing and Sales & Marketing. It will also be important to collaborate with the Cyber Security department on matters relating to data privacy. Close to your team you will also have our Compliance Manager who is your immediate manager.
Way of working
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup but generally expect you to be on-site, at our office in Gothenburg, at least a couple of days per week (especially during the beginning of your employment).
Our company language is English so please write your application in English.
