We are looking for a Legal Counsel - The legal counsel of WirelessCar Sweden AB shall provide global support with regards to business-related legal matters in accordance with this role description, specifically within the areas of commercial agreements (including procurement matters), and IPR. Also experience of GDPR or other privacy matters are of value. The goal is to grow with the company and further develop and structure the way of working with our agreements and laws and regulations.

In the particular role as Legal Counsel you will work cross-functionally with all our entities, currently in Sweden, US and China, to help streamline our way of working on legal matters.
Your role will include to:
• contribute to establishing qualitative and efficient processes involving legal counsel including contract management
• support negotiations and amendments of contracts related to for example procurement, customers, consultants and partnerships
• manage legal issues associated with the development, use and operation of services and processes to ensure compliance and safety
• manage legal issues related to data protection legislations
• assess and advice on IPR related matters

Needed Competence:
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Master degree in Commercial and Business Law or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as legal counsel and/or law firm
• Experience from international commercial agreements and contract management
Valuable Competence:
• Experience of GDPR/Data Privacy
• Experience from the software industry
• Experience of IPR
