You will be the superhero coming in to save the day, juggling commercial contract negotiations while dealing with privacy and GDPR concerns from prospects, customers and vendors. Your team
You will be working in the compliance team and collaborate closely with all teams and colleagues supporting them in making contract management simpler for our customers as we grow internationally. At Oneflow, we love contracts and our compliance team helps us protect our customers' most important assets.
Who you are
As a legal counsel at Oneflow you have a strong interest in commercial negotiations, privacy, data protection and information security. You are driven and comfortable solving complex problems yourself and you love learning new things to further help you in your day to day tasks. You actively seek out new information and love to educate your colleagues of the complexities of e.g. the latest Schrems II ruling.
Your background and skill set:
Master of law degree in one of the Nordic countries
Having a proven background at a law firm or another company as legal counsel
Extensive knowledge of commercial contract negotiations including DPAs, SLAs and service terms
Experience working with data protection questions and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Comfortable writing and reading through terms of use, privacy policies and data protection agreements
You are a pragmatic person and comfortable solving issues yourself to close the deal
It's a big plus - but not a requirement - if you have an interest in any of these areas:
The eIDAS regulation and other e-signature regulations
An understanding of SaaS product development
Familiarity with Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish labor laws
Having worked in a publicly listed company
