hela Sverige For immediate start, we are looking for a Contractor within legal. The assignment is for 6 months with option to extend for 6 further months.
Job description
Key legal practice areas: employment law, data protection, insolvency, company secretariat and company law issues; wholesale dealer finance , consumer credit, insurance and advertising law, litigation and dispute resolution, review of procurement contracts, and general commercial and contract law.
You will be providing legal services regarding Swedish finance business and will be a part of the international Operation's legal staff. Supporting local management and HR in all local employment law matters including negotiation of a new collective agreement and employee issues. Provide legal advice to Operations in Sweden in particulary company law, dealer, finance, consumer credit and general company and commercial law matters. Keep the local business and UK counsel updated in all legal and regulatory changes that will affect the business. Manage and facilitate the work of external counsel with a focus on cost efficiency.
Personal specifications
You are a qualified lawyer under Swedish Law with a minimum of 7 year's post qualification experience. In order to succeed in this role, it is crucial that you are driven and self-motivated person with a good ability to prioritize. It is also important that you are service-minded and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
