• the company's legal setup and license portfolio
• coordinate and draft applications for new licenses
• maintain and coordinate updated requirements from regulatory authorities
• being up to date with the regulatory situation and support the management team in strategic decisions
• draft legal documents and support negotiations
• be the company's interface to regulatory authorities
• related projects as assigned
We are looking for a candidate who
• has a masters degree in law or similar
• has at least 5 years experience in practicing regulatory subjects.
• has a solid understanding of software development and IT operations
• is on top of the changes to the regulatory landscape
• is both meticulous and has good communication skills
We value a candidate that
• has experience of working in the gambling industry.
• has experience of working in an software driven company
• has experience in commercial law.
