You are a passionate leader and you love working in the commercial property leasing industry. You get motivated by driving successful negotiations, achieving goals and great business results. You have a successful track record of leading negotiations with high-level stakeholders in the retail business and proven track record of building productive relationships and bringing new business partners. You are an experienced manager and an influential leader, and you have the ability to lead competent teams and large-scale projects. Finally, you have a big passion for the retail industry. You are always on top of the latest trends and you seek to understand what tomorrows customers desire.
You have expert knowledge of:
• Synergy leasing - how to create synergies among various tenants and retail categories, that ensures a complimentary offer for the customers and a strong commercial tenant mix
• The property market; prices, standards and structures of the retail property market in the Nordics
• How to set up contractual arrangements and drive the leasing agenda
• Developing strategic leasing plans for existing assets and new project developments
• Investment planning - how to asses investments towards property improvements
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As our Leasing Team Leader for the Nordic countries, you will lead a team of five leasing managers. Together with your team, you will make sure you achieve a sustainable and maximized revenue growth based on the successful execution of the agreed lease plan. You will be responsible for the leasing agenda in our Meeting Places in the Nordics covering Sweden, Finland and Germany.
More specifically, you will:
• lead, coach and develop your team as well as secure the right competence in the team
• actively cooperate and communicate with Meeting Place Managers on defining key account developments
• be responsible to lease premises in existing and future projects
• lead and develop strong and long-lasting partnerships with key players and perform lease negotiations
• be responsible to develop and bring new partners in the portfolio to positively impact the margins, diversify the portfolio, increase attractiveness to the Meeting Places
• analyze and identify the latest trends and build category-specific insights
In this position, you will be based in Malmö, Sweden. Your closest manager will be Carsten Heidtmann, Global Leasing Category Manager, Ingka Centres.
