Do you have previous experience in the retail business, within expansion and/or sales? We are looking for a Leasing Manager to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

Job Description
As Leasing Manager you work with both our present and future aims to create competitive and flexible leasing for Lindex brick and mortar stores. You are responsible for securing execution of our decided actions concerning store portfolio transformation, negotiating both on your own and together with our Country Expansion managers and, if needed, our franchise department being an asset and support. You lead our leasing related activities, decided on by The Expansion Management team (of which you are a member) or HQ Expansion department, you work closely with the Group Lease controller and our Country Expansion Managers.
Examples of work tasks: take part in creating terms/conditions for lease agreements, to get the best possible deal för Lindex. You negotiate with cross border landlords to strengthen Lindex position as an international retailer and together with Head of Expansion you secure that Lindex position as an international retailer are effecting our lease contracts in an appropriate way. You manage operational actions and work towards our strategic goals by collaboration with the different stakeholders on our Store portfolio transformation.
Are you the one we are looking for?
At least 5 years of experience in the retail business, within expansion and/or sales
Relevant legal competence within retail leasing
Fluent in English, both verbally and writing
Fluent in Swedish or/and at least one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and writing
Good skills in Microsoft Office Applications and in Outlook
Meritorious: academic degree, experience from digitalization of a brick and mortar-business on the international arena and experience from a value and purpose driven organization
For the position as Leasing Manager you have a strong business mind, excellent negotiating skills and an "everything is possible" attitude. You have an understanding for and interest in a global way of looking at our customer offer. We also see that you are structured, efficient and you have the ability to draw correct business conclusions from complex scenarios and various variables. You are used to reach set goals and ambitions and to see the "big picture". Your ability to work in teams and establish relationships will be appreciated characteristics.
