You have proven successful track record of leading negotiations with high level stakeholders. Moreover, it is also required that you have precious experience in proven track record of building productive relationship and bringing new business partners.A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH USThe main objective is to achieve sustainable and maximised revenue growth based on the successful execution of the agreed lease plan defined by the Shopping Centre (SC) and aligned with customer and market needs.You will:· lease premises in existing and future projects in line with the offer defined by the SC, tenant mix, customer and market needs to secure short-term and long-term asset development· be responsible to negotiate the most favourable conditions for the SC by preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term SC objectives· analyse and identify latest trends and deep business insight within the category to ensure those are brought into business planning and negotiations to improve the offer, ensure the offer is consistent and coherent to customer needs and to increase the SC attractiveness for the partners· lead and develop strong and long-lasting partnerships with key players in the category, enlarging their presence in MP and supporting their commercial performance· proactively gather and share knowledge on the specific category on most current trends, best-practices and lessons learnt with peers and relevant stakeholders in the SC· develop expertise related to the new players, new business models and new trends in the market· be responsible to develop and bring new partners into the portfolio to positive SC asset valueIn this role you will report to the Lease Category Team Leader.If you have job specific questions please contact Camilla Ahlgren at camilla.ahlgren@ikea.comThis role is located in Malmö, Sweden.
