Job Summary
In the Global Learning Team, we empower and foster personal and professional growth through innovative and creative learning experiences. What you will do
Act as Global Process Coach for Learning Management Process and Technology.
Handle relationship with suppliers for myLearning, follow up on important cases. Collaborate with supplier, GIM and other stakeholders for escalated issue resolution.
Main point of contact for our Content Distribution solution, that hosts SCORM / eLearning packages. Includes content structure recommendations, access management, trouble shooting, etc.
Run projects independently (implement new features of existing technology, upgrades, etc).
Manage, together with the other Learning Transformation expert, local business experts (super users) networks to ensure process alignment.
Ensure that super users have the required capabilities to run the process and technology, according to the supporting model.
Keep documentation updated, including Learn Page on Orbis, guides, etc.
Participate in projects (data and analytics or others).
Explore external best practices in terms of process and technology and create business cases for potential implementations.
Drive the continuous improvement efforts within the designated area of responsibility by identifying and prioritizing activities that align with the team's goals.
Understand, analyse and share partners' roadmaps and make decisions about features and functionalities to implement.
Provide advice on digital adoption platform implementation where needed.
Location: flexible; depending on the candidate's location.
We believe you have
Self-driven to acquire expertise in learning platform processes.
Possess the expertise to seamlessly integrate information from diverse sources, extract key insights, and implement a standardized and structured approach applicable to various teams within the learning organization.
Strong stakeholder management skills, as the position involves handling tasks from various parties and prioritizing them effectively.
Problem solving and analytical skills: ability to dissect issues, contextualize them effectively, and present them to the process owner for discussions on process improvement.
Ability to prioritise continuous improvement requirements.
Keen to learn latest technologies and ways of working in the area of learning.
Ability to interact and work with suppliers.
Influencing skills.
Learn fast and passionate about learning/upskilling, including driving new tasks outside your comfort zone.
Flexible and positive, proactive attitude in the face of uncertainty.
Can work smoothly with different teams around the world and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management experience.
Experienced with analytics and reports.
Experience in Learning & Development would be ideal but not essential for the right person.
