The Global Learning & Development team is a learning provider for retailer personnel as well as Importers. We give global direction to the Regions to adapt our messages to local needs and standards. We're constantly working to develop our approach, find the best training solutions and improve our digital eco-system to ensure a modern learning experience for our learners.
What you'll do?
You will get the opportunity to join the team in the role of L&D Project Lead, supporting the implementation of our Learning & Development Strategy, specifically in the area of commercial programs. As a dedicated interface, you will support the development of globally adaptable commercial and soft skills learning programs for the Regions and their Markets, aligned to the global competence needs and priorities. In addition, you will have continuous interaction with other stakeholders within the organization. You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omnichannel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with a few years of experience in the commercial field and learning & development. The role requires that you are fluent in English (spoken and written). Project Management skills are also highly beneficial.
We will also value if:
• You have experience in supporting commercial success by implementing effective learning interventions, preferably within the Automotive value chain
• You have knowledge of consumer journeys and their qualitative aspects
• You have an in-depth understanding of learning solutions and their practical application
• You are equally comfortable with managing and participating in complex learning projects
Who are you?
You have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are keen to take ownership of your areas of expertise. You are structured and result oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done to high quality, efficiently and on time. You are comfortable working independently but at the same time, you have cross-functional and integrated work experience with the ability to cooperate and work in an international team environment. Strong prioritization skills will be an asset in this role, as well as finding new and innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and deliver effective solutions in different situations.
