Drive and govern an agile, cross-functional and collaborative approach for learning content development with focus on speed, quality, consistency and continuous improvements adding value to our distribution network.
Ensure readiness for current and future learning needs by close collaboration with stakeholders and specialists from other parts of the wider Volvo CE organization.
Drive course production including prioritization of backlog management and resource allocation for product/service area(s) in scope.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Centre of Competence Responsibilities:
Drive pro-active collaboration with stakeholders, including regional functions, to identify business requirements providing flexible and tailored training solutions with a strong commercial focus resulting in best training solutions
Own the product(s)/service(s) and actively support competence development paths in scope and be the main contact point within CD&D for training material production
Lead agile course productions by securing input and subject matter expertise from relevant stakeholders on products and solutions
Cooperate with stakeholders to perform a gap and needs analysis to drive aligned and sustainable training concepts ensuring consistency from a holistic view including brand & design guidelines
Secure development and production capacity for aligned training programs in collaboration with key trainer groups and relevant stakeholders
Communicate the product(s)/services(s) training material delivery plan in close alignment with key stakeholders
Pro-actively seek information on new product developments, solutions and competitors
Be an effective member of Learning Portfolio team

Effective communicator with strong networking capabilities internally and externally

Motivated and self-directed professional with a good understanding of the Volvo organization and key processes
Good knowledge of construction equipment and it 's commercial aspects
Good understanding of Product lifecycle and commercial competence
Strong dealer/customer business understanding with entrepreneurial mind-set
Strong capability of utilizing digital collaboration tools to reduce complexity and increase work efficiency (Office 365)
Professional attitude and demonstrates the Volvo Values
Required knowledge & experience:
Bachelor or higher education level required, degree in business or learning and development
Strong and proven change management credentials
Experience in managing cross functional teams
Excellent communication and networking skills
Good understanding of adult learning theory and practice as well as available Delivery methods and tools
Good understanding of the Volvo organization and key processes
Complete proficiency in English
A willingness to travel if required.
