Do you have a passion for competence development and want to be the driver and the coordinator to produce technical learning solutions to our dealers and by that support to our customer's success? Then our open position is something for you!
The Learning Portfolio team is now looking for a new Learning Product Owner based in Eskilstuna or Konz, to drive and coordinate the production of our technical learning solutions. This includes prioritization, backlog management and resource allocation for the product/service area(s) in scope.

The Competence Development & Delivery department is supporting our dealers with competence development in the areas of Aftersales technical training, Sales training and Aftersales commercial training. Role description
Competence Development & Delivery is the center of competence for learning within Volvo CE. In close collaboration with our stakeholders, we provide flexible and tailored learning solutions with a strong commercial focus resulting in best training solutions.
As a Learning Product Owner, you will own, develop and maintain our technical learning portfolio, function as project manager for development and adaptations of learning solutions to meet business needs. Also, support and contribute with learning solutions around our future machines.
You will drive proactive collaboration with stakeholders, to identify business requirements and needs. Work cross functionally with business managers and subject matter experts to provide engaging and modern learning solutions for colleagues in dealerships.
Who are you?
In this role, you will have plenty of different activities going on and therefore you need strong project management skills. Further on, a high customer focus and a "can do" mindset will make collaborations with your stakeholders natural. Understanding learner's needs and exploring exciting solutions will drive the design and development of attractive learning solutions.
We believe you have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability and willingness to step outside the comfort zone and challenge the status quo.
You have good understanding of adult learning methodologies and possibly some experience already. New training delivery methods and tools trigger your interest.
Preferably you might already have designed some engaging technical or complex training solutions. Also you might have good knowledge of construction equipment and it 's technical aspects and are a supporter of digitalization.
Since some of your stakeholders are international, your English skills are fluent.
Education Required Bachelor or higher education level required, degree in business or learning and development and/or equivalent experience from similar position
