About you

You are interested and curious working together in a product team and with stakeholder across the IKEA Supply Chain to develop learning solutions answering to the Customer Fulfilment and Supply related conceptual learning needs delivering to agreed plans, considering all dimensions including news, improves, outgoing - keeping the offer always up-to-date. You are rooted in IKEA business reality and understand our business very well.
You have recent experience working in the area of Customer Fulfilment and/or Supply, preferably on a country or global level. You see that our co-workers are the heart and soul of what IKEA is. Together we create IKEA.

About the assignment:
Manage the Learning product area and leading the creation and delivery of the agreed plans.
Collaborate and lead together with peers in the product team end to end.
Lead the development and executing of the plans answering to a forward-thinking, up-to-date wished position.
Project lead and secure range management and relevant always up to date plans together with the product team end to end ready to deliver to the learner (news, improves, maintenance and outgoing in agreed languages), aligned with our role as a franchisor finding the right balance between protect, develop and enabling future success of the IKEA concept with our key business owners and stakeholders across IKEA.
You lead together with your peers in the product team efficiency and effectiveness in the development and follow up on the IKEA learning offer with the data analytics and insight we set together and used together from business navigation, offer controlling and learner experience and form conclusions and decisions together always with the business and end learner in mind.
Responsible and in the lead within the product team and partners (SME's) the agile production (content, translation, maintenance) and communication of the IKEA learning offer with high quality at the lowest possible cost (using internal and external resources for maximum output).
You are responsible for keeping the offer up to date and maintained.
Responsible for collaboration and co creation with business owners and peer learning developers, in the creation of the learning offer plans (news, improves, maintenance, outgoing) end to end.
Drive together with your peer's innovation within the IKEA Concept learning offer fitting the learning infrastructure (all channels).
Within the IKEA Concept learning agenda, responsible, to identify needs and gaps, and build learning to meet the short- and long-term competence needs within the product area and across product areas.
Work closely together with peers across the totality of Retail Concept and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.

A few more details for you
This is a full time (40 hours per week) role located in Älmhult, Sweden. Some travel will be required.
