About the assignment of Retail Concept Learning
To secure that the IKEA Concept is implemented by our franchisees and all trademark users, we meet all IKEA co-workers with a relevant knowledge and learning offer.
Through this, we create unique and meaningful meetings with our customers in all customer meeting points.
IKEA Concept competence is commercial, grows sales, and adds brand value. Making every meeting with IKEA unique and meaningful by empowered co-workers caring for every customer.
About you
You believe that people learn all the time. You have a passion for adult learning. You enjoy planning and organising virtual, physical and blended learning events together with partners across IKEA. You are interested and curious in executing learning plans with a great learning experience always on top of mind. You are rooted in IKEA business reality and understand our business very well. Know how to plan and run a successful learning event with participants;
Are energized by interactions with people and customer focused;
Have experience with hosting events including site operations that entails some physical work;
Have excellent organisational skills that are methodical, structured and accurate;
Are fluent in written and verbal English;
Know how to plan, prepare, run and follow- up learning activities;
Have good knowledge of all relevant IT systems including My Learning, Excel and MS Teams;
Have in-depth knowledge of the IKEA Brand and IKEA culture & values;
Possess knowledge of the franchisor role;
Have awareness of agile ways of working;
Want to develop the IKEA Concept learning and make processes more effective;
Are a team player with the ability to work in different team constellations;
Enjoy a constantly changing environment;

About the assignment:
Plan Learning together activities, virtually, physical and blended and their execution, including the facilitation and hosting.
Execution of the total IKEA Concept learning calendar, maximising the digital and physical reach of the offer (e.g., whenever, wherever and however)- connect to business and people needs.
Ensure that the Learning together activities, virtually, physical and blended timely published in My Learning.
Manage learners incidents in Service Now.
Plan and execute virtual hosting according to the defined processes and standards.
Support the planning and implementation IKEA Concept Learning programs and special events.
Contribute to a great co-worker experience while the learning takes place.
Evaluate physical and virtual IKEA Learning experiences, based on standards, and contribute to the continuously developing co-worker experience and feedback to the product teams via the learning operations specialist.
Manage operation of the IKEA Retail Concept Learning Centre environment (Tillsammans in Älmhult)
Contribute and work closely together with peers across the totality of IKEA Concept and IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer contributing to strong IKEA Concept co-worker competence.

This position is part-time (32 hours per week) based in Älmhult Sweden. Some travel will be required. In this role you will be reporting to the Retail Concept Learning Delivery Manager.
