You will strengthen our Center of Expertise Learning & Development (L&D) team in Sweden. Together with our colleagues in the European L&D community, we manage development and delivery of local and global leadership programs. We are also responsible for identifying local needs of consultancy services. Your main focus will be on the improvement, design and facilitation of leadership programs to our business. In close collaboration with our HR business partners and business managers, you will also identify, create and deliver consultancy services within organization development, change management and leadership. Participating in strategic improvement projects, within the regional team, will also be an important part of your work.

In this highly visible role, you will work with leadership development and consultancy on all levels while broadening your network within ABB. The role will include travelling within the European region.

To be able to break new ground, you need to have integrity as well as the skill to coach and develop your colleagues towards common goals. With your analytical mindset, systemic thinking and your ability to view things from different perspectives, you know how to propose solutions within the field of learning and development.
As a foundation, you have studied HR, Psychology, Pedagogy or Social Sciences on university level, or you may have studied Economics or Technology on the same educational level. You also need several years' experience within the field of learning and development, preferably management development, or as an organization consultant.
It is advantageous if you have experience from working in large global organizations and have knowledge of systematic organization development. Experience from Accelerated Learning is also a plus, as is experience from a management role. You are fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, whereas proficiency in German, Spanish or French is preferable.
