We want to employ two professional specialists, one with focus on our Swedish Headquarter organization and one with the responsibilities for the learning and development within our Global Sales organization.  

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
These roles will drive our People Learning and Development agenda, making sure we have the right competences to enable a continuous successful business. You will be part of an ambitious, passionate and value driven organization, working closely with HR colleagues and managers locally as well as globally, creating and managing trainings and other development initiatives supporting the delivery of our business strategy and goals. The training, learning and development in these roles are focusing on the needs on employee level.

You will work with identifying and evaluating learning and development needs and in line with our business strategy and plans, set up policies, guidelines and actions with the aim to strengthen and develop the people and the organization.

Your responsibilities includes developing relevant pedagogical approaches for diverse training needs, create training and development programs for different groups of employees, managing and developing different methods for learning e.g. for class room, for the web, or other. Also, a clear approach with regards to competence planning, follow up and follow through of appraisals is appreciated and a plus.

You will play a leading role in conceptualizing, executing and transforming our strategy into trainings, as well as to ensure ongoing evaluation of impact of training activities and follow up on return of investment. It will also be within your area of responsibility to find, negotiate with and evaluate external suppliers for learning needs at employee level.

You will report to the HR Director of Operations or the HR Director for Global Sales depending of responsibility and you will interact on a daily basis with various stakeholders and support our HR Business Partners and HR managers in their work of implementing various development needs for the areas of responsibility. The role with focus on our Global Sales Organization is an international role and to travel to our regions will be considered a natural part of the job.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in either of these roles you will need to combine outstanding relationship skills and analytical abilities with a passion for enabling our people to exceed their potential. You like to take on new challenges and have a good business understanding, have strong collaboration ability and navigate easily among different stakeholders. We expect you to have experience in tactical planning and successful implementation of diverse training and development programs for different platforms either for a Swedish organization or for a global workforce. You will also bring us a broad knowledge of industry and market best practice. 

Others see you as a strong HR business partner, with a great interest in developing the business as well as the people and for one of these roles also internationally across geographies. As a person, you find it easy to interact and influence without prestige. You have great self-motivation and an ability to organize and strategically plan your work. In your meeting with people, you are responsive and smooth with good communications skills. You find it easy to create, develop and maintain good relationships and contacts.

We believe you have worked in similar roles before and found joy in working on both operational and tactical level and are comfortable with the challenge that this entails. You have a university degree in Human Resource Management or similar. You have an extensive HR background with at least 5 years of experience within the area of People Learning and Development. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and possible other key languages is required.
