Your role in our team This is a completely new role and as our Learning and Development specialist you will get an exciting opportunity to shape the future of professional development within our organisation, promoting up-skilling, building networks, and creating a culture of continuous learning. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role, so you need to be willing to roll up your sleeves from time to time and enjoy both. The future of this role is yours to create!
You will develop and implement a learning strategy tailored to the specific needs and goals of Lindex, evaluating and select the right type of learning platform for us. Collaborate across functions to assess learning needs and explore various learning methods to make learning easy, enjoyable, and seamlessly integrated into daily tasks. You will also coordinate up-skilling programs together with relevant stakeholders making sure our employees stay relevant in a rapidly evolving industry.
This is a 50 % employment, permanent position.

You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. Also, this probably sounds like you:
University degree in Human Resources, Education, or similar
Work experience within HR and organisational development, in a role within learning and development
Proven experience in a learning and development role.
Very good knowledge in Office 365 (especially different collaboration tools)
English, both written and spoken
Meritorious: work experience from a global company
