We support businesses in fast-tracking their sustainability compliance with increasing regulation while also strengthening their competitiveness and sustainable impact. About the Role
As our first Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous growth and development within Position Green. You will take full ownership of our L&D strategy, design and implement training programs in various forms, and ensure that our employees and teams have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Currently, we have a lot of knowledge and training happening in different parts of the organization-your job will be to align and elevate this to a new level so that we can continue to be a leading employer and organization.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in Learning & Development to shape the future of our talent development initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and create impactful solutions. If you are passionate about growth, both personal and organizational, and have the drive to implement innovative L&D strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Position Green's business goals
Design, deliver, and manage training programs for employees at all levels
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions for our teams
Implement and manage learning platforms, tools, and systems to ensure a seamless learning experience
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve offerings based on feedback and evolving business needs
Drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and leadership development within the organization
You will be part of our global People & Culture team, which currently consists of 6 people located in Stockholm, Malmö, and Copenhagen. Aside from your specific focus on learning and development, we support each other with the broader people agenda.

Experience in a specialized Learning & Development role, ideally within a fast-growing company
Strong understanding of modern L&D practices and tools
Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and through e-learning
Excellent communication and project management skills. It's an advantage if you have experience in prioritizing tasks in collaboration with many different stakeholders across departments
Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish & English
